A visitation will be held at Bethel Baptist Church in Chapel Hill on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at the same location at 11:00 AM, with burial following at the Williams Cemetery in Chapel Hill. Tommy was born on Dec. 30, 1949 in Henderson and passed away on July 10, 2025, in Tyler.
