Longview Mayor Jay Dean and his wife, Jane, on Tuesday said they are selling their business to a group of investors effective immediately.The Dean & Associates limited partnership, which does business as EFC Valve & Controls in White Oak, is being sold to Luther King Capital Management of Fort Worth, Jay Dean said.
